Used Hansa AAC autoclaved aerated concrete plant with an approximate capacity of
100,000 m³/yr. The plant was originally built in 1965, but much of the equipment
dates from the early 2000s.
- Uses: sand, hydrated lime, Portland cement, gypsum, fly ash, aluminium paste.
- Produces: AAC blocks, slabs, plates, panels, lintels. Options include
reinforced panels, cantilevers, U-shells, profiled or non-profiled, with or
without handgrips.
- Utilities used: steam, electricity, natural gas, industrial water, compressed
air.
- Major equipment includes: raw material silos, dosing and weighing equipment,
mixing/homogenisation unit, Scholz double-door autoclaves 600 mm x 52,000 mm,
autoclave control system, vacuum system, cutting line conveying system, cutting
trolley, side trimmer, thickness cutter, loading machine, wrapping/packaging
unit, steam generating unit, water cleaning/chilling system, compressed air
unit, lab equipment, etc.
