Description

Used stainless steel cooling tunnel. Manufactured by SMB, Model 04.1.0.213. Maximum aperture/clearance above belt per section – 6 ft 5 in (1956 mm) W × 9 in (229 mm) H. Conveyor infeed maximum aperture/clearance – 1 ft 3 in W × 12 in H (381 mm W × 305 mm H). Conveyor infeed/exit height – 40 in. Pan access ports (14) 11½ in W × 6 in H. Sew-Eurodrive motor (infeed conveyor), 4 HP (3 kW), 1700 rpm, 330/575 V, 7.9/4.55 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Sew-Eurodrive variable speed drive, 9.1 rpm (min), 45.6 rpm (max). SMB stainless steel control panel, includes toggle switches for: pump controls, conveyor controls, run controls. SMB centrifugal pumps. ASEA motors, 2.0 HP (1.5 kW), 1730 rpm, 575 V, 2.5 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. (2) Fischbach compact fan blowers. Brook Compton and Teco electric motors, 5 HP (3.75 kW), 1740 and 1750 rpm, 575 V, 5.4 and 5.04 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Inlets: (1) 1½ in diameter media port, (1) 2 in diameter NPT (media), (1) 2 in diameter flanged port (media), (1) 2½ in diameter FNPT (media), (1) 3 in diameter port (cooling media). Outlets: (1) 1 in diameter NPT (condensate), (1) 3 in diameter discharge port (media). Overall dimensions: 67 ft 3 in L × 19 ft 2 in W × 7 ft 1 in H (20.5 m × 5.84 m × 2.16 m).
