85 Bottles / Minute PET Filling Line

Description

Used PET filling line with a capacity of 85 bottles per minute for 2.85 litre bottles, installed 2015–2017. The line includes the following equipment:
- Fogg USA filling machine with a capacity of 85 bottles per minute for 2.85 litre bottles;
- Technica bottle divider;
- Finpac roll-fed labelling machine;
- Finpac label splice detection system;
- R.A. Jones electrical panel;
- CIP support ring;
- Fogg capper;
- Stainless steel platform;
- Intouch client PC for labeller – HP;
- Conveyors;
- Dawson debagging machine with a capacity of 10,000 bottles per hour for 2.85 litre bottles;
- Technica packing machine (crate packer / palletiser) with a capacity of 85 bottles per minute for 2.85 litre bottles.

Previously used to fill PolyBottles with dairy and laban products.
