Used Stainless Technology approximately 45 US gallon (170 litre) capacity 316L stainless steel process vessel. Unit approximately 600mm diameter x 600mm deep with clamped dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internally rated for atmospheric design pressure. External jacket rated 60 psi to -15 psi at 100 °F. Unit has a top-entry ribbon type mixer with a 10 hp motor and a high shear mixer with a 5 hp motor. Unit has a Hockmeyer model HHL-11-35-11-01 hydraulic lifter for the top head but no hydraulic powerpack fitted.
