Description

Used Viani stainless steel double ribbon blender. Approximately 300 litre working capacity and 570 litre total capacity (product dependent). Mixing trough measures approximately 1,500mm long x 600mm wide x 700mm deep. Double helical interrupted outer ribbon and contra uninterrupted inner helical ribbon direct driven with electric motor/gearbox. Air-purged packing glands on shaft. Unit has central bottom discharge with manual valve and counterbalanced hinged lid. Mounted on stainless steel frame with castors for easy manoeuvring. Control panel included.
