Used Battaggion approximately 100 litre total capacity 304 stainless steel jacketed mixtruder. Working capacity approximately 50 litre to 70 litre (product dependent). Fitted with two stainless steel sigma-type mixing blades driven by a 9 kW motor. Equipped with twin screw discharge driven by a 5.5 kW motor. Unit has a mild steel jacket using thermal oil, rated to a design pressure of 3 bar at 250 to 280 °C. Unit mounted on a mild steel frame.
