Wafer Production Line with Capacity 300 kg/hour

Description

Used semi-automatic wafer biscuit production line with a capacity of 300 kg/hour, manufactured in 2005 by Gocmen (Turkey) and decommissioned in 2019. Main equipment includes:
- Wafer mixer with a capacity of 300 kg, dimensions 315 cm (length), 165 cm (height), 195 cm (width); bowl dimensions 100 cm (width), 78 cm (length), 78 cm (depth), 11 kW power, heating, double-layer.
- Wafer spreading machine that spreads from a tank using a roller. Can spread up to 3 layers.
- Wafer cutting machine that cuts into smaller pieces. Workers must manually pick wafer cakes from the conveyor, place them into containers, and then send them to the packing machine.
- Packing machine manufactured by Reepack (Italy).
