Description

New Huning model LW 530 NY horizontal decanter centrifuge intended for sludge dewatering. Capacity 10–30 m³/hr. Feed concentration 4–6% DS. Maximum speed 3000 rpm, highest separation factor 2650 G. Bowl diameter 530 mm, bowl length 2270 mm. Materials of construction: Bowl: duplex stainless steel, 316 stainless steel; sludge pushing parts of propellers coated with tungsten carbide. Centrifuge base: carbon steel, to be treated with anti-corrosive primer and topcoat, and covered externally with 321 stainless steel. Centrifuge cover: 316 stainless steel. The centrifuge is a fully enclosed structure. Suitable for 24-hour continuous operation or intermittent use. Main motor will be a 55 kW squirrel cage motor, IP55, 380 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Also includes hydraulic gearbox comprising hydraulic pump VFD 11–11.5 Z/HP driven by 11.5 kW motor, Rotodiff 2071 D-L/F, electric control panel for centrifuge LW530 NY with drive 45/11 kW, Siemens S7 touch panel TP 1200, and oil lubrication for cooling.
