2500 Bottles / Hour Aseptic UHT PET Bottle Filling Line

Description

Used PET aseptic (preservative-free) UHT bottle filling line with most equipment manufactured between 2013 and 2016. The line is innovative and suitable for preservative-free production and bottling of heat-treatable non-carbonated soft drinks.

Previously used for vitamin drinks, filtered/low fibre juices, tea-based drinks made from real leaves, and plant-based milks/drinks. The filling line has a capacity of 2,500 bottles per hour and can fill bottles sized from 0.2 to 1.5 litres (currently filling 0.5 litre bottles). Equipment includes:

- Semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machine with a capacity of 1,000 BPH.
- Water Treatment System (Brand: BWT) – stainless steel gravel sand filter, automatic 2-column continuous ion exchanger (Brand: BWT), automatic 2-column continuous activated carbon filter.
- Technological water buffer tank, 2,550 litres, stainless steel AISI 316L, with bottom pressure gauge, CIP washer head and connections.
- Two 250 litre stainless steel double-walled thermo, oil-heated cooking pots.
- One 2,550 litre mixing tank (Brand: Bonfiglioli), stainless steel AISI 316L, with bottom pressure gauge, two CIP washer heads, and connections.
- One 80 litre stainless steel liquid filter (GAF puncture bag).
- 2,550 litre product buffer tank, stainless steel AISI 316L, with bottom pressure gauge, CIP washer head, and connections.
- Automatic UHT plate steriliser machine including heating and cooling equipment: capacity 1,250 L/h, PLC controlled, sterilisation (main equipment: three Alfa Laval heat exchangers, Galletti liquid cooler, electric thermo oil boiler), temperature range 60°C – 150°C, holding time 45 seconds, inlet temperature 15°C, outlet temperature 5°C – 35°C.
- Automatic aseptic rinsing, filling and capping 3-in-1 monobloc: capacity 2,500 BPH, PLC touchscreen controls the entire process, automatic bottle steriliser, automatic cap steriliser, pick and place capping system, CIP washer head, and connections.
- Capped bottle rinsing equipment with RO (reverse osmosis) water (Brand: BlueClear).
- Bottle drying system with air knives (Brand: Tardito Machine).
- Cap control system with automatic sorter (Brand: KEYENCE).
- Automatic sleeve machine (Brand: Scaligera Ulisse 2000) from 2015: capacity 2,800 BPH, with heat tunnel.
- Automatic inkjet printer (Brand: HITACHI).
- Automatic shrink wrapping machine with heat tunnel (Brand: Mondial Pack).
