Description

Used 112mm Cincinnati model Argos 112P-65-20-1150-UL parallel counter-rotating twin-screw plastic extruder. Screw length approximately 3020mm long x 112mm diameter screw, L/D ratio of 27:1. Barrel is electrically heated and air-cooled in 4 zones with air blowers, each with approximately 0.45kW motors. Unit is driven by a 65kW, 420 volt, 2000 rpm, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz motor through a gearbox with a 96:188 reduction ratio. Unit has a top-entry Plasticolor 2200 vibratory feeder with a horizontal screw feeder driven by a 1.1kW motor. Unit includes local controls.
