Description

Used Cincinnati model CMT80L-APC conical counter-rotating twin-screw plastic extruder. Screw length approximately 1,665 mm long x 80 mm diameter at the discharge. Has an adaptor plate that reduces the barrel exit down to 65 mm diameter. Barrel is electrically heated and air-cooled in 4 zones with air blowers powered by 0.45 kW motors. Unit is driven by a 49 kW, 415 volt, 50 Hz main motor and gearbox with an output screw speed of 25.5 rpm. Unit has a top-entry Plasticolor 2200 vibratory feeder with a horizontal screw feeder driven by approximately a 0.55 kW motor. Unit has local controls.
