Used Battenfeld-Cincinnati model CM55 counter-rotating twin-screw extruder with an approximate diameter of 55mm. Conical screw design. Barrel is electrically heated and air-cooled in three zones with air blowers powered by 0.20 kW motors. Unit is driven by a 37 to 49.5 kW, 350 to 493 volt, 50.8 to 74.2 Hz, 1500 to 2200 rpm electric motor with a gearbox. Unit features a top-entry Plasticolor 2500 vibratory feeder with a horizontal screw feeder driven by 0.55 kW. Unit includes touchscreen controls.
