External stainless steel jacket rated 10 bar/full vacuum at 135 deg.c. Unit includes top entry stainless steel 4-blade agitator with Jongia drive, 1.5kW 50/60hz motor through Siemens gearbox rated 14.63/1 ratio. Unit is mounted on stainless steel side supports.
