Used FIB Industriele Bedrijuen BV approximately 116 litre capacity stainless steel vertical reactor/fermentation vessel. Unit measures approximately 400mm diameter x 400mm straight side. Has bolted flat top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated 3 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 135/0 degC. External stainless steel jacket 1.35 litre capacity rated 10 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 135/0 degC. Unit includes Jongia type LEM30 bottom entry stainless steel 4-blade pitched paddle agitator direct driven by 1.5kw 380-420/220-240/440-480 volt 3/50, 3/50, 3/60 1390/1390/1670 rpm motor via Siemens gearbox rated 4.15/1 reduction ratio. Also includes 4 wall mounted baffles. Unit is mounted in a stainless frame. Last used as small seed fermentor.
