Description

Used Tycon model BE10000, approximately 10,000 litre working capacity and 14,305 litre total capacity vertical blue glass-lined reactor. Features welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal dimensions approximately 2400 mm diameter by 3180 mm over dished ends. Internally rated for full vacuum and 6 bar design pressure at -25 to 200 °C. External coil jacket rated for full vacuum and 20 bar design pressure at -25 to 200 °C. Equipped with a top-mounted agitator, directly driven by a 30 kW 400/690 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 1475 rpm motor via SEW Eurodrive gearbox with a 14.01:1 reduction ratio, running at 20–122 rpm. Mounted on three stainless steel lugs. The unit requires a mechanical seal.
