Description

Used approximately 1,200 litre stainless steel vertical mixing vessel. Stainless steel mixing/blending tank with welded top dish and bottom, manufactured by RSP-Arsopi, Portugal. Unit rated 2.5 bar @ 50°C. Vessel measures approx. 1.16 m overall diameter x 1.0 m height on straight side plus 0.45 m for top and bottom dish. Unit includes top dead centre drive unit, packed gland seal, bolt-on/off 4-bladed disc turbine agitator. Drive unit: in-line SEW Eurodrive motor: 2.2 kW / 220-380 V / 1420-30 rpm / 3-phase / 50 Hz / IP54 / insulation class B. Top openings: 1 x 150 mm diameter manway/handhole with quick-release hinged lid; flanges top: 1 x 50 mm threaded (male), 1 x 25 mm threaded (male), 2 x 25 mm threaded (female), 1 x 600 mm top dead centre flange for drive unit. Straight side: 1 x 150 x 100 mm blanked flange, 2 x 30 mm threaded (female). Centre bottom outlet 50 mm threaded pipe (male). Unit supported/mounted by 4 x 90 mm carbon steel pipe legs with feet/pads.
