Used Giusti approximately 135 litre capacity stainless steel jacketed hemispherical mixing pan. Unit measures approximately 650 mm diameter x 200 mm straight side. Features a hinged flat top and welded dished bottom heads. External jacket rated to 40 psi (2.75 bar). Includes top-entry stainless steel scrape surface gate-type agitator with a Dynatork air motor. Unit is mounted on four legs on a mobile base.
