Used Pfaudler model AE2500, approximately 2,500 litre capacity vertical glass-lined reactor. Unit has clamped dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Unit measures approximately 1,600 mm diameter × 1,275 mm straight side. Internally rated for 6.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -29 to 200°C. Has external mild steel jacket rated 6.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -29 to 200°C. Unit has a top-entry 3-blade retreat curve glass-lined agitator with top drive powered by an 11 kW, 1460 rpm, 415 volt motor. Unit mounted on legs.
