Description

Used Netzsch model PMD-VC 7500 FLP stainless steel pre-mix disperser. This unit has an approximate working capacity of 1800–7500 litres. It features bolted dished top and welded inverted cone bottom heads. The unit includes a top-driven disperser agitator, hydraulically powered by a 55 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 1470 rpm motor. It also includes a bottom-driven anchor agitator, belt-driven by an 11 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 970 rpm motor and gearbox. There is a hydraulic powerpack directly driven by a 0.55 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 2830 rpm motor for raising and lowering. The unit has a stainless steel external coil heating/cooling jacket.
