Description

Used Netzsch model PMD-VC 7500 FLP stainless steel pre-mix disperser. This unit has an approximate working capacity of 1800–7500 litres. It features bolted dished top and welded inverted cone bottom heads. The unit includes a top-driven disperser agitator, hydraulically powered by a 55 kW, 415 volt, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 1470 rpm motor. Also included is a bottom-driven anchor agitator, belt-driven by an 11 kW, 415 volt, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 970 rpm motor and gearbox. The hydraulic powerpack for raising and lowering is directly driven by a 0.55 kW, 415 volt, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 2830 rpm motor. The unit has a stainless steel external coil heating/cooling jacket.
