Used De Dietrich model SR1000 stainless steel double cone vacuum dryer blender. This unit has an approximate total capacity of 1040 litres. Internal dimensions are approximately 1300mm diameter by 1547mm over conical heads. Internally rated for full vacuum and 3 bar design pressure at 90°C. External mild steel jacket with a 200 litre capacity, rated for 3 bar design pressure at 90°C. Approximately 4.8 sq. m heating area. Includes internal stainless steel vacuum pipe. Driven by a 4 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 1430 rpm motor and gearbox with a speed range of 3-18 rpm. Mounted on mild steel support stands and baseplate. Features a 450mm diameter inlet and a 200mm diameter bottom discharge with valve.
