Perry is offering a high-quality, used Cincinnati Butchers Supply Co. stainless steel jacketed powder blender/dryer. It has an approximate total capacity of 750 litres, with an estimated working capacity of 500 litres. The unit measures approximately 785 mm in diameter by 1500 mm straight side. It has 120 mm deep dished ends, one bolted and one welded. The internal rated design pressure is 3.44 bar (50 psi) at 160°C (320°F). The unit features six Becker-type scraper blades on bolted arms connected to a central shaft, plus two end scrapper blades. It is driven by an estimated 15 kW motor with pulley and belt transfer to a reduction gearbox. The shaft speed is estimated at 120 rpm. Internal surfaces are mirror polished. It has an external stainless steel multi-zone heating jacket insulated and clad with polished stainless steel sheet. The jacket is rated at 5.17 bar (75 psi) at 160°C (320°F). There is one 200 mm diameter and one 230 mm diameter top flanged connection, and one 150 mm diameter bottom centre flanged connection, which requires a stainless steel ball valve.
