Shanghai Chengxiang Machinery Spray Bottle Filling Line

Description

Reportedly unused Shanghai Chengxiang Machinery plastic spray bottle filling and capping line. The capacity of the line is approximately 40–60 bottles per minute. The line has modified controls to European standards with a Siemens control system. The line consists of:

1. Automatic bottle unscrambler, model CX-LP, for 50 ml bottles. The device consists of a bottle hopper, an elevator, a rotating star-shaped carousel, and a conveyor belt. The speed of the carousel is adjustable. Total power consumption 0.5 kW.

2. Filling and closing machine, model CX-GFT, for filling and closing sprayers. Filling capacity approximately 40–60 bottles per minute. The unit is equipped with eight filling positions, a rotating star carousel, two vibrating cap conveyors, a cap fitting device, a capping device, and belt conveyors. Total power input 3 kW.

3. Closing machine, model CX-ZG, for fitting lids (for bottle #3 – please see photo). The equipment consists of a rotating star carousel, two vibrating lid conveyors, and belt conveyors. Total power input 2 kW.

4. Labelling machine, model CX-LT, for sticking labels on bottles and printing the date. Power consumption 1 kW.

5. Revolving table, model CX-GP, for collecting filled bottles. Power consumption 1 kW.
