53 GPH Remoin Model M-REM 200 Stainless Steel Distillation System (WFI)

Description

Unused Remoin model M-REM 200 stainless steel distillation system for the production of distilled water for injection (WFI). The system was delivered and installed in a laboratory but has never been used. The system comprises a set of equipment such as evaporation columns, heat exchangers, and condensers. It has a capacity of 200 litres per hour, TOC ≤ 0.5 ppm wt. All contact parts (piping, distiller, valves) are made from stainless steel AISI 316L, Ra < 0.8 µm, with PFTE seals in contact with the medium. Includes Siemens S7/300 PLC control system. Mounted on a skid, dimensions 1750 x 1400 x 2500 (height) mm. New in 2014.
