Description

Used Fryma model VME-700 stainless steel homogenising vacuum mixer/processing plant. 500 litre (185 US gallon) batch capacity. Total vessel capacity approx. 1000 litres. Internal rated full vacuum/1 bar max. pressure and 150°C max. temperature. Carbon steel jacket (stainless steel clad) rated 3 bar max. pressure and 150°C max. temperature. 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces. Unit equipped with 3 agitators: Anchor agitator with bottom and side wall scrapers, high-speed 2-disc dissolver and toothed colloid mill. Anchor agitator driven by Bauknecht 11 kW/380 V/50 Hz electric motor, toothed colloid mill driven by 18.5 kW/380 V/50 Hz electric motor. Also includes stainless steel Hilge centrifugal pump for mixed product discharge. Mounted on frame with hydraulic power pack for lid lifting. Control panel included.
