Cold Pressing Station 10 Tons/Hour Of Rapeseed, Reinartz AP 35 presses

Description

Used cold pressing station, approx. capacity 10 tonnes/hour of oilseed rape (240 TPD – 24 hours), originally designed for oilseed rape and suitable for similar oilseeds. The pressing station consists of:
(1) Prokop oilseed rape pre-grinder.
(2) Reinartz model AP35 single screw presses, each with a capacity of 5 tonnes/hour.
(2) Amafilter model 63V-755MS-371 mild steel leaf filters.
(3) Storage tanks with conveyors for oilseed rape.
(2) Storage tanks with conveyors for filtered cake after Amafilters.
(2) Stainless steel tanks, capacity 15,000 litres, for raw oil and filtered oil.
