Used Incoma Cerex grain processor machine, model Mark 500. The Incoma-Cerex grain processor is a simple food processor that converts untreated grain, pellets, and mixes of grain and/or pellets into a slice/cake/biscuit/cracker in one operation without the need for further treatment. The grain is fed through a hopper, volumetrically metered, and introduced by a feed slide into the mould. The mould closes, crushing and baking the grain for a short period, after which a small opening is created to enable the expansion of the grain or pellet, thus forming the cake shape. Technical parameters: main voltage 3 x 380V/50Hz; 2.5kW, compressed air: from 3 to 5 bar, working cycle: 1 wholegrain bread / 12 seconds, usual productivity: 4,000 pieces a day (2 shifts).
