Description

Used Tenez a.s. 1683 total capacity stainless steel 316L polished vertical reactor, working capacity 1600 litres. Internal polish Ra ≤ 0.4; internal diameter 1100 mm x 1650 mm straight side x approx. 3350 mm total height. Features welded dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rating -1/3 bar maximum pressure at 135°C maximum internal temperature. Stainless steel jacket rated -1/3 bar maximum pressure at 135°C maximum temperature. Jacket is insulated and cladded with stainless steel plate. Equipped with an eccentric 3-blade agitator rotating at 371 rpm, driven via SEW Eurodrive model FAF37A gearbox by a 1.1 kW, 50 Hz, 400 V, 1400 rpm electric motor. Fitted with a mechanical seal on the shaft. Top head connections include manway DN400 and various other connections. Central bottom discharge. Mounted on legs.
