Used SGL Carbon Technic Sas (France) model CKL7 diam. 16 – 10 blocks, graphite (DIABON NS1) heat exchanger/cooler-condenser with surface area 102.6 sq metres. Has 10 graphite blocks, each diameter 765 mm x 347 mm height. Construction material of shell P265GH (W.Nr. 1.0425). Process side rated full vacuum/3 bar at 1 to 110 °C. Design pressure -1/3 bar at 1 to 110 °C. Service side rated 5 bar design pressure at 1 to 40 °C. Process side capacity 542 litres and service side capacity 648 litres. Product inlet diameter: 450 mm and 100 mm outlet. Dimensions: 1000 mm diameter x 4520 mm height. Mounted on three lugs. New 2010.
