Used Strojobal model MIX 03E stainless steel high-intensity mixer. The mixing bowl has a total capacity of 40 L and a working capacity of approximately 35 L. The stainless steel mixing vessel, measuring 440 mm in diameter by 300 mm deep, has a clamped stainless steel cover and a manually operated stainless steel wall scraper. The S-blade agitator has a diameter of 350 mm. It is directly driven by an electric motor, 5.5 kW, 1460 rpm, 50 Hz, 380 V. Manual tilt discharge. Mounted on a carbon steel stand. Start/stop panel included.
