Used Menki model MW 125 stainless steel twin-shaft hammer mixer. Approximately 400 litre total capacity and approximately 320 litre working capacity. Mixing chamber has internal dimensions 735 mm width x 940 mm length x 685 mm height. Blender has two shafts with a diameter of 420 mm each, belt-driven via gearbox by electric motor 7.5 kW, 1470 rpm. Machine has a discharge outlet at the bottom with dimensions 780 mm x 180 mm. Mounted on a carbon steel frame.
