Description

Used Chemtech International model Unitron RU60 stainless steel mixer/cooker. Bowl working capacity 60 litres rated full vacuum and 1 bar maximum internal pressure. Vessel inside diameter 600 mm x 430 mm deep, with clamped dished hinged lid and stainless steel two-section jacket for heating and cooling, rated 5.5 bar maximum pressure. Mixing elements consist of a stirrer head driven by a 1.95 kW / 400 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase electric motor and a dual-speed mixing tool driven via gearbox by a 1.95 kW / 400 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase electric motor. Manual tilt discharge of the bowl. Includes stainless steel electric switchboard with integrated control panel, APV model HXU.6 plate heat exchanger, Sihi model Lohe 25007 vacuum pump, set of ball valves and thermoprobes. All installed as a mixing unit on a painted carbon steel platform.
