Description

Used sugar dryer Swidnica type 500 with a capacity of 500 tonnes of dried sugar per day. Designed for cooling and drying sugar at temperatures up to 200°C. The drum is mounted and rotates on rollers. The drum is equipped with an internal stepped system, where the product is mixed and dried during the rotation of the drum. On the right side, the drum has two outlet channels: the first channel for warm air, the second channel for cold air. At the bottom, the drum is equipped with a sugar discharge system. Size of the drum – 2690 x 10060 mm. Weight of the drum 35.2 tonnes. Speed of the drum 4 rpm. Drive 22 kW. Main parts of the sugar drying line – screw conveyor; drying–cooling drum; air filter; fan (warm air); fan (cold air); exhaust fan; cyclone; cooling unit; heating unit; water filter; control cabinets and control system.
