48" Wide Davis Standard Sheet Take-Off Unit

Description

Used Davis Standard sheet take-off unit consisting of three 48" face rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for a downstack operation. All three rolls measure 16" in diameter. The top roll is tungsten, and the middle and bottom rolls are chrome. The top and bottom rolls are air actuated. Rolls are driven via silent chain and sprocket by a DC motor through a gearbox. The unit has a three-zone built-on-to-frame temperature control system with three 3 HP pumps, three heaters, and three heat exchangers. Included is an idler roll conveyor between the cooling and polishing stand, and pull rolls with a razor slitting station. Pull rolls measure 48" face by 8" diameter and are rubber covered. The top roll is air actuated. Pull rolls are driven by a DC motor through a gearbox. Supplied with controls. Manufactured 10/1993. Serial #N9057, S.O.# 50742.
