Used 20mm Werner & Pfleiderer model ZSK20 co-rotating twin screw extruder. Features a 40:1 L/D barrel at 43" centreline height driven through a 3:1 gearbox with a 37 Newton metre torque capacity per screw shaft. The extruder is powered by a 5 hp AC motor with an Allen Bradley 1336 impact drive unit, running at 588 rpm screw speed. Includes Brabender 1/2 hp model MS-FW40/Optus-70 feeder, spare used motor and gearbox. Extruder manufactured 3/2003.
