Finckh Type IRS Pressure Screen

Description

Used Finckh pressure screen. New in 1995. Machine no. 313. Type IRS. 40 HP motor. Consists of three body parts – top body; swivel bottom body part; gate for heavy particle discharge. Foil rotor and stainless steel hollow cylinder with cleaning foils welded on at an inclined angle. Pressurised. Two-stage operation – centrifugal at the bottom and mechanical screening at the top. Cyclo operation processes unsorted waste paper following a pulper, protecting subsequent machines such as deflakers, refiners and screens. Consistency up to 5%. Screen has holes. 4" inlet and 5.75" outlet.
