24' Long CDS Stainless Steel Auxiliary Spray Cooling Tank

Description

Used CDS model CST24-90-24SPL auxiliary spray cooling tank with indexing capability for passing timber under additional cooling nozzles perpendicular to extrusion flow prior to exiting the tank. The tank measures 8 ft wide by 24 ft long. It has stainless steel construction and is equipped with an approximately 10-inch wide by 24 ft long stainless steel dump table for collecting extruded product after the cut-off saw. The product is then deposited onto a side-shift conveyor where additional cooling from overhead spray nozzles takes place. Upon completion, the cooled product is discharged through the side of the cooling tank. New 2000.
