PLANT TO MANUFACTURE CUBE SUGAR. RATED 16,000 KG/DAY OF 1 KG PACKAGE CAPACITY. Factory consists of 2 lines and offered to be sold as a plant. Working conditions are: Factory produces 16 tons of cube sugar, in another words 16,000 pieces packed 1 kg. cube sugars in 2 shifts of 24 hours/day. Required labor: 1 employee for feeding cube sugar machine 2nd technician for controlling the cube sugar machine 3rd technician for controlling the carton box sealing machine 4th technician for packing the carton boxes Total 4 workers/shift Factory was built in 1992. The major equipment includes: -two sugar bunkers -two drying tunnels -two sugar filling robots -one carton box closing machine (can feed also 4 lines) -Atlas Copco screw type air compressor Required building is about 8 m X 40 m X 3.5 m height. For two shift required electric power is 128 Kv/day or 64 Kv/8 hours (1 shift) For discarded sugar there is also a machine for powder sugar grinder  The world standard, or mostly consumed packings are 360 cubes = 750 Gr per carton pack 360 cubes = 1000 Gr per carton pack Special one is 425 cubes = 1000 gr (not so preferred) These sizes are all available in this factory Could be produced refined and brown sugar in factory There is also wrapping the sugar cubes The factory is working and can be seen anytime. Reinstallation, start-up, and know-how support is available.
