Internal rated 1.1 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 147 deg.c. External stainless steel jacket rated 3.3 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 147 deg.c. Unit has top entry contra-rotating stainless steel agitator with wall scrapper with electirc motors and gearboxes. Has (2) bottom entry homogenisers with electric motors. Unit is mounted on 3 legs.
