12'6" X 64' 304 Stainless Steel ICF Model 1C-SC/250/UP Spray Dryer

Very little used 304 stainless steel spray dryer made in Italy by ICF model 1C-SC/250/UP. Equipped with upper nozzles up to 50 bar pressure. 250 litres of water per hour evaporation capacity. 175 kg/hour of dry product at 60% moist product fed; 266 kg/H of dry product at 50%moist. Product fed; 405 kg/H of dry product at 40% moist product fed. Equipped with Siemens digital control panel. Unit 3800 mm diameter by 19500 mm total hight. 55 kW power installed (400,000 Kcal/H). Heated with natural gas. Also includes fans, cyclones, pumps, scrubber, tanks etc. Unit new in 2001. Used only 50 hours and cleaned. Polished factor BA = ASTM a480.
