Used stainless steel contacts double cone powder mixer with total volume 800 l

Used double Cone powder blender by Pharmix (Czech republic) with contact parts designed in stainless steel. Model HV 800. Total volume of mixing chamber is 800 l. Working volume about 400 l. Mixer is belt driven by electric motor 2.2 kW, 925 rpm, 380 V, 50 HZ , in EX proof design (EX dII BT4) and gearbox with reduction I= 31.5. Working rotation of drum is 29 rpm. Mixer has manually operated adjusting position of the drum. Inlet has a diameter 360 mm and is equipped with bolted lid. Lid has additional connection with manually operated Ball valve (din 25). Outlet has a diameter 200 mm and has a manually operated "butterfly" type valve. Machine is mounted on integrated supporting frame designed in carbon steel. Dimensions: L 2560 mm x W 2085 mm x H 2450 mm x weight 700 kg.
