2,000 Litre Lumpp Stainless Steel Vertical Mixer

Used vertical stainless steel mixer for high density liquids by Lumpp (France) with total volume 2000 L and working volume about 1500 L. Internal dimensions of the tank: diameter 1600 mm X length of the straight side of the wall 1000 mm. Tank has bolted top, with manway, with hinged lid (dimensions 450 mm X 400 mm). Conical bottom with central discharge outlet, with diameter 55 mm. Mixer has stainless steel heating/cooling jacket on the walls. Mixer is equipped with two agitators: - frame type, working with rotation speed up to 19 rpm, driven by gearbox and 11 kW, 1410 rpm, 380/660 V. - toothed disc agitator with diameter 450 mm, working with rotation speed about 980 rpm, belt driven by EL. Motor 45 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V. Mixer is mounted on 3 carbon steel supports. Shipping dimensions: 2200 mm X 2100 mm X height 2500 mm.
