Used Forfab Engineering approximately 1,900 litre stainless steel vertical reactor. Internal approximately 1,500mm diameter x 1,100mm straight side. Has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated full vacuum/3 bar design pressure at -25/+230 degc. External stainless steel jacket rated full vacuum/7 bar design pressure at -25/+230 degc. Includes top mounted stainless steel 2-tier 3-blade pitched paddle agitator direct driven by 4kw 415 volt 3/10-50 290-1450rpm inverter rated motor via Brammer gearbox. Also includes (4) stainless steel internal wall mounted baffles. Unit is mounted on (4) side support lugs with provision for (4) bottom mounted legs.
