Used 86" trim (2.18 m) Beloit tissue machine, manufactured in 1970 with a rated capacity of 25 tons per day at 1740 feet per minute. This machine produced 15 tons per day of facial and toilet tissue (15.5 gsm) and 25 tons per day of towel (22 gsm), 102" wide, but with an 86" reel width. Rewind unit includes: a 2 roll calender with 12" dia x 129" rolls; Paper roll 115.5" x 8" dia.; (2) spreader rolls 114" x 8.5; Splitter roll, 110" x 8.25" Beloit 3000 feet per minute winder with 96" x 12.5" diameter winder drums. Also included is stock preparation equipment including: Beloit continuous 540 cu.ft. Shark pulper Beloit-Italia batch pulper with 35" rotor. Stainless steel 26" Beloit Jones 3000 series refiner with 400 HP motor 20" Beloit Jones 3000 series refiner with 250 HP motor Escher Wyss E1K deflaker Escher Wyss high density cleaner Beloit cleaner system Beloit 90" diameter x 6 disk Polydisc filter Bird Model 24 Jonsson screen Vacuum pumps include Nash models CL2002 through CL4002.
