Used 130mm OMP/Prealpina Single Screw Pelletizing Line, new 2000. Line consists of the following: - 130mm OMP/Prealpina single screw extruder driven by 300 hp DC motor. 35/1 L/D, includes temperature control panel. Has vented barrel with vacuum pump and expansion chamber. - Includes crammer feeder and extruder feed throat - Material holding silo (fluff hopper) with agitator - Auger feeder from hopper to crammer feeder - 9" screen changer with hydraulic accumulator and controls - Water ring pelletizer with stainless steel spin dryer - Rectangular classifier - Blower with packaging cyclone - Mini tower water cooling system - Spare parts including screen packs and spare knives for pelletizers The barrel and screw were new in 2014. Note, the 300 hp motor was recently rebuilt. An additional 400 hp motor is included at no additional charge.
