Used DCI approximately 10000 liter (2641 gallon) vertical 316L stainless steel reactor. 84" diameter X 106" straight side. With dished top and bottom heads. Rated 50/-15 psi/full vacuum internal @ -20°F/350°F. 4" 316L stainless steel 1/2 pipe coil jacket rated 100/-15 psi/full vacuum @ -20°F/350°F. Insulated with 4" Inswool fiberglass and 304L stainless steel sheathing. Top-entering Lightnin model 73-S-7.5 agitator, 20.9:1 ratio, 84 rpm output. Approximately 3" diameter shaft with a 3-blade turbine and mechanical seal. Driven by 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 230/460 volt, 1760 rpm motor. (3) sidewall baffles, (4) spray balls, and internal sidewall ladder. Openings top: 1" tri-clamp, (3) 1-1/2" tri-clamp, (2) 2" tri-clamp, (8) 3" tri-clamp, 6" tri-clamp, 18" manway with a 3" tri-clamp, and 4" sight glass in the cover. 3" tri-clamp center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) stainless steel side lugs.
