Dryer has (6) nozzles installed on top of dryer. The FSD drying process is a 2-effect process: drying and agglomeration. The first effect takes place in upper part of drying tower. This is the primary drying zone where hot air around the nozzles is drying the product drops to that level that they do not stick on the tower walls. Secondary effect takes place in the integrated fluid bed in the lower part of spray tower. External 8M2 Niro Vibro-fluid bed is after drying and cooling final product. It is about 5M long. System is equipped with a fine dust recycling system. ZIG-ZAG mixer system is a continuous mixer with adding of dedusting to product in a slow rotating product drum.
