THE LINE CONSISTS OF: Manufacturer: Scheer/Netherlands, Type: RH-D, New in 1990; - 1x Sugar cube press (roller type/ Cap.: 700 cubes/ min, cube weight: 3,7g each) - 1x Drying tunnel (26m long) - 2x pneumatic suction cup positioner Manufacturer: Sapal/ Switzerland, Type: DPN-2, New in 1990; - 2x cube wrapping machine (2 cubes are wrapped in paper (7,4g wrapped cube) / Cap.: 350 cubes /min,) Manufacturer: SIG/ Switzerland, New in 1990; - 2x cube boxing machine (packs 660 double cubes in a cardboard box of 5kg) - 2x palletizers for standard EUR pallets (packing 144 cardboard boxes onto a EUR pallet) - electric system Siemens. The installed matrix presses cubes of 15 x 20 x 9 mm and a weight of 3,7g. In the wrapping machine, the cubes are wrapped into a double cube with the size of 30 x 20 x 9 and a weight of 7,5g (incl. paper) (See picture attached) The wrapped double cubes are then packed in a 5kg box, which corresponds to 660 pcs. The palletizer then packs 144 boxes of 5 kg onto 1 EUR Norm pallet.
