Used Fastosi solid rod extrusion line new approximately 2012. Line was installed and operational as of 6/20/18. Line consists of the following: Boston Matthews 45mm 24/1 L/D extruder with control panel, AC motor and drive 25" wide x 40" annealing press area, electrically heated and replaceable stainless steel channels for rod cooling/annealing. 25" x 80" hydraulically driven top and bottom cleated 2-belt puller with hydraulic motors and hydraulic pumping system Custom Lay Boy stacker for rod takeaway. Dies of various sizes available from approximately 6-100mm diameter. Number of rods being extruded depending upon diameter of each. 2-16 rod capability. Owner took back, per FG 08/19/19
