Used Fitzpatrick model IR520 stainless steel chilsonator roll compactor. Has (2) stainless steel grooved rolls measuring approximately 2" (50.8mm) wide x 8" (203.2mm) diameter. Approximate capacity 22 lbs to 220 lbs per hour (100 kgs to 1000 kgs per hour) depending on product. Rolls driven at approximately 6-24 rpm with pressure 0 to 15,000 lbs (0 to 68.040 kg) per linear inch. Driven by 3.6 kW (4.8 hp) 380-660 volt 3/50 480/1440/1870 rpm through rex nord plant gear speed reducer rated 1750 rpm in and 22 rpm out giving reduction ratio of 80:1. Includes enerpac hydraulic cylinder for roll nip compression position. Includes horizontal stainless steel infeed screw feeder with hopper driven by 0.3 kW (0.4 hp), 380 volt, 282/1410/1835 rpm, 3/50 motor through radicon gearbox with 28:1 reduction ratio. Includes pre-compression vertical stainless steel screw feeder driven by 1.2 kW (1.6 hp), 380 volt, 284/1420/1845 rpm, 3/50 motor through radicon gearbox with 5:1 reduction ratio. Includes 2 spare sets of rolls. Has Fitzpatrick model M5A stainless steel comminuting mill with (16) fixed knives driven by approximately 4 kW motor and gearbox. Unit is mounted on common stainless steel mobile stand. Has portable electric enclosure control cabinet.
